Uniform and economical, package dyeing is a go-to for a reason. Our Valdese facility is the only US dye house that works with virtually all dyeable substrates in volumes from 100 to 3,000 pounds. Leveraging advanced technology, we offer computer control over the dye process, low liquor ratios, reduced environmental impacts, and robotics.

MSYG is the only dye house in the United States with the technology to space dye polyester yarn in one continuous process. We print multiple colors in various lengths and shapes through two unique processes - producing space dyed textured polyester or injection space dyed yarns.

Top-dyed wool yarn is highly sought after for all kinds of applications from men’s suits to hiking socks. As the only sales yarn mill in the US that performs top dyeing, MSYG uses premium wool wound into 18-20 pound circular packages of top that are then dyed and spun to meet our customers’ specifications.

MSYG is the only dye house in the US to offer tow dyeing, or the dyeing of raw acrylic fiber. We deliver outstanding color flexibility and quality control while helping keep your costs low.

By expertly applying specialty chemical treatments to yarn, we help enhance fabric performance for active wear and other markets. These hard-working yarns protect fabrics against a variety of environmental challenges, including moisture buildup, microorganism infiltration, UV damage, and moth proofing.
